Our family worked with Christie years ago to sell and buy. The time came to sell and buy again and naturally we called Christie. She is so diligent about staying in contact with her clients after closing. She was always there whether I needed a handyman, a painter or a catch-up lunch! This market was very different from the last market that we sold in. My husband said multiple times-Amazing(!) with regard to the work she did on this transaction. Not only did she get us multiple offers, but she pushed the highest offers up even higher. She was able to get us no finance and appraisal contingencies. She had a plan B in case the first buyer got cold feet. That buyer came back asking for a LOT of repairs. Christie had a backup buyer ready to go who paid more and we didn’t have to do ANY repairs.
